The classic Bedford Component System uses building blocks to create your space. Each furnishing can be used individually or combined with others to form a desk, console or wall of storage. The long desktop fits across two file cabinets to create a desk, or across three cabinets to make a console. The addition of a Smart Technology™ hutch connects you to high-tech accessories. The corner desk includes one expansive corner desktop and two file cabinets. Bookcases can also be used individually, stacked to create a four-shelf unit, or placed on the lateral file cabinet to create a hutch.
The Bedford Project Table was created for art rooms and creative spaces. The project tabletop has over 12 square feet of surface area, and rests on two counter-height bookcases that have six removable shelves. The bookcases can also be used on their own or stacked to expand storage.
For smaller spaces, the scaled-down desktop stands on two legs. Pair it with our open pedestal base, or with any Bedford file cabinet bases. For a shared office, two Small Desk Sets can be placed back-to-back.
All Bedford components are expertly crafted to last with hardwood frames and sturdy wood construction. The neutral hues - Antique White or Black finish with brushed-nickel bail pulls, or Espresso stain with matte-brown bail pulls – let them blend seamlessly into existing home styles and palettes.
